RENTAL RATES |
- Per day rates listed below; two-day minimum rates shown. For one night stays add $35 for Efficiency Cottages, $20 for other cottages
- Children 12 and under are half-price (2 children = one adult); no charge for children under 2 years of age.

OTHER RATES |
Conference Rates (20+ people) – $23/person per day. Includes use of Apple Storage Meeting Hall; meals and linens not included. Cottages filled 'dormitory style'—one cottage filled before another is opened. Special non-profit rates available.
Picnic Pavilion – up to 25 people – $40/day; 25+ people $65/day
The Great Room – $110/day
Apple Storage Room – $185/day. Includes use of Apple Storage Kitchen; add $65 for night before preparation.
Hayride – $85
Linens – Bedding and towels are provided in Efficiency Cottages and Farm House Rooms. Linen packages (2 bed sheets, 1 pillow case, 1 towel and 1 washcloth) are available upon request for Dormitory cottages – $10/package.
All rates subject to 9% tax (6% PA sales tax and 3% local room tax).
Prices are effective February 1, 2008 and may change without notice.

MEALS |
Mountain Dale Farm is not a bed and breakfast facility and we don't operate a restaurant. However, meals can be prepared as our schedule allows—please make food requests prior to arriving. Local produce and garden fresh vegetables are the main ingredients in our family-style dining experiences. Meals upon arrival and Sunday evening dinner are not available.

Please note that some of our cottages have full cooking facilities if you'd like to prepare your own food. Also, a map of nearby restaurants is available in each cottage…visiting the local eateries is a great opportunity to explore the area! |
RESERVATIONS

Please call us to inquire about availability and finalize your reservation. We'll be happy to pencil in your dates, but please contact us (email or call 570-658-3536) as soon as possible if your plans change. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's rate is required to confirm all reservations. |
OTHER NOTES |
Check in – Please stop at the Farm House and check in with Ken or Sally upon arrival.
Damage – Any problems with your accommodations should be reported as soon as possible. You are responsible for any damages incurred during your stay.
Payment – We don't accept credit cards – only cash or checks.
